I love the concept and practice of divination. maybe it's a cultural thing? In my culture, divination is still an aspect of everyday life. We even go to the Buddhist temples to have the monks read our fortune with the different methods of divination.

For many years now, I've been collecting different and various decks of divination cards. I'll use them, and then test them. All of the decks in my collection fail my tests. They are all tarot card decks of various types and styles.

The only two decks to past the test and actually be roughly 80% accurate are the Grand Jeu Lenormand, and the Drecc Deck [which is modern cartomancy].

I just ordered the Deste Katina, which is a Greek deck used by witches of Smyrna. The Deste is very hard to get here in America. Hopefully the Deste will be accurate.

Anybody have any experience with different decks and how good and accurate they work? I'm always looking for new decks/cards or systems that work good.

I used Ouija Board originally until the "pig-dogs" raided my room & violated my *Sacred Space* (long story), it was A really good thing to use...it helped establish my connection to the divines, especially when I figured out how it works. 🤔

The only other alternative available to me is the "Rider-Waite" Tarot card deck & I am familiar with various types of card `spreads´, all of which have been highly accurate most of the time...I believe that *Lady Astaroth* assists me at some times during my discernment. Back when I was active on "Twitter", I would volunteer free readings to develop my skill & I had all sorts of clients! Athletes, Business Owners & Judicial Office Workers!...the most common request is often about being asked to find out what other people feel about them. 😎

How did you make the Ouija Board pointer move by yourself? The pointer only works for me if another person touches it with me.

We need a subforum for Divination so we can give each other readings to practice! I did a reading for ONA, you can see what divination tools I like to use and what information can come out: HERE.

It is not at all like what we see in movies, at least not in most cases...the way it works is that you are working with "some thing" who is trying to guide the planchette, the way it works is you slowly (& I mean very slow) move the planchette in any direction...then find which direction has "the least resistance", as that represents where it wants to go. The only reason to have A secondary person is so the (s)he can take down notes of each alphabet & nunber the planchette moves towards, but secondary person is optional. 🤔

Thanks Maitreya. I've been doing wrong then. I just sit there, and wait for the pointer to pull my hand to the letters. That's what happens when two people touch the pointer: the pointer comes to life and pulls your hands to the letters.

I'll try it your way this time!
